The extra grunt adds up to 40 hp and 47 hp for the 640th for the 640D, has made more finely tuned fighting spirit, as it rides on its Schnitzer spring kit and wheels ranging from 19 to 21 inches in diameter. Think back through your inner thoughts over the years, and we’d bet dollars to donuts that proverbial, at some point in your life, you have thought of buying a Harley-Davidson. The charm of the most beautiful horse in Wisconsin around your neighborhood and along the interstate may have drawn in after seeing along the way or be exalted into a film. But you can not tell us you’ve never even thought about one.
Perhaps I went ahead and bought a Harley, and that is out of your system or you’re still riding one today. But more likely than not, the idea has passed. Maybe listening to the warnings of that doctor or nurse who told terrible stories from their days in the emergency room incidents biker grotesque. Maybe they were switched off for the criminals who – let’s face it – is still part of the biker mystique.
