November was a month of maximum for the Dodge Dart. All in all, Chrysler was able to deliver 4.489 units, a decrease of 5.455. In the month of October, but perhaps more significant is the considerable inventory Dodge now has on hand Chrysler added a third shift at the Belvidere, Illinois plant that produces the new compact to satisfy the anticipated demand, and as a result, Dodge has now 112 days of providing models Dart. This is equivalent to 23.446 units waiting for a new home. Typically a car average supply of about 73 days. But the news was not so sad for the rest of the Chrysler stable. Continue reading

The IIHS Top Safety Pick list is already long enough, but continues to grow, with five more vehicles added this month alone. The last two are the BMW 3 Series Sedan 2012 and 2013 Acura RDX. The BMW needs no introduction as the new F30 chassis has already earned his right to sit with previous generations of well-loved sport sedan, while the RDX crossover is an updated version of the midsize Acura. 2012 speedART Porsche 911 SP91-R
The speedART SP91-R is based on the new Porsche 911/991 Carrera S. The SP91-R bodykit depends on the rear wing, rear diffuser, side skirts and front spoiler. This new rear wing has been developed for mounting on the original 991 Carrera rear spoiler, and is designed to be painted in the well known optical speedART bicolor, which was released the first time that the PS9-Panamera parts of the body. Toyota and Lexus at the 2012 Nurburgring 24 Hours
Toyota and Lexus are preparing for this year’s 24 Hours Nüburgring. The two companies plan to take to the track with a total of five entries, including four Toyota 86 GT and a Lexus LFA. Gazoo Racing Factory Prepared by the tuner, the LFA will compete in the SP8 class, while two of the 86 models will go fender to fender in the GT class SP3. Those who will be joined by two other pilots GT 86 built by Toyota Motorsport and compete under the flag of Switzerland class V3 Toyota Racing Team for production vehicles. Continue reading
New Mini John Cooper Works GP
Spy shots almost said it is coming, and here it is: the new Mini John Cooper Works GP. He’s making an appearance at the MINI United Festival in France this weekend, and while the Mini did not supply specific details of the numbers or show the car’s interior, has produced a Nurburgring time: 8 minutes, 23 seconds, which, as we reported back in April, it improves the last Mini GP (about 2006) of 19 seconds. BMW 2 Series coming in 2014
CAR magazine reports BMW is working on training the next generation 1 Series Convertible. When it bends, the car would bring a new nomenclature, doing away with the badge 1 in favor of a brand new Series 2. This is not the first time we heard from BMW filling out its line of models with the models of series 2 and 4, neither the first clue that the 1 Series Convertible will be reborn as the two series. CAR does provide some more details, however, stating that the 1 and 2 are separated by a pair of sheet metal changes largely. This means that we can expect to see more or less the same options as the engine behind the headlights. Continue reading
