DAY ONE – the Channel IN FRANCE

Since the first releases and technical workshops in early 2010 McLaren MP4-12C, I worked my contacts in Woking, England for a cross-country drive in super innovative. We’re still talking about a possible New York to Los Angeles run, but while waiting for this, I was recently offered a 1000 miles-plus dash out of the McLaren headquarters in London, Monaco south through France to the whole experience all types of flooring – and all kinds of weather, as it turned out – in the course of three days. This would be the first official record of long distance organized by McLaren for the car. Not surprisingly, I accepted.
